Reflections
I know it's not New Year's Day, but I'm in a reflective mood non-the-less. Many changes are coming this fall:
My husband, having been jobless since January, has found a new job...in Louisville. He'll begin after Labor Day. I'll stay here until next summer.
Our youngest is beginning his senior year of high school. My baby...
Speaking of babies, I'm to be a grandmother again in April. Congrats Jessie and Norman!
Our house rehab is nearly finished. This is a great house. A friend called it my "Charlie Brown" house, because all it needed was "a little love". Now we have to sell it...
But I am very blessed: my husband has a job, my family is healthy, we have a home, we have a hopeful future...whatever may come. Life is full of curves, some good..some not so good. It's comforting to trust a good God Who has it all under control.
